DelaCreet Cement Board System (Yoshino Gypsum Co., Ltd.) "DelaCreet" refers to a system of exterior and interior wall materials based on a cement board reinforced with glass fiber mesh, developed in the early 1980s by USG Corporation (USA), the world's largest gypsum board manufacturer. The core material consists of Portland cement mortar with inorganic lightweight aggregates. In Japan, research was conducted from various angles, including physical properties, fire resistance, water resistance, durability, and workability, as part of the "Comprehensive Technology Development Project" established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (formerly the Ministry of Construction) in 1990 to promote research on new materials. As a result, it was concluded that "DelaCreet" is an optimal new material for Japan's climate and living environment, excelling in various performance aspects. Additionally, it can meet the highest grade requirements for fire resistance, energy-saving measures, and deterioration measures under the housing performance display items (related items) of the "Housing Quality Assurance Act" enacted in 2000.
