Here are three examples of cases introduced into aerospace, such as those specially designed for engraving on aircraft turbines.
We would like to introduce a case of "marking on aerospace components" using our marking system. A single "Multi4 Combo 120" has been introduced for marking helicopter parts made of aluminum, steel, and titanium, as well as for marking on THSA. This time, it was used for marking raw materials in handheld mode and for marking finished products in benchtop mode. This device is equipped with an electric column for marking on rotating parts and a rotary D-axis. The setup of the parts is performed either on a computer or directly on the controller. We also carry out marking on titanium parts and turbine blades. basic information
【Case Studies】 <Engraving on Titanium Parts> ■ The MULTI4 combo is used for engraving titanium parts in the aerospace industry. ■ In benchtop mode, it engraves 7 lines including the company name and serial number. ■ In handheld mode, it is used together with bar ends and protective covers. ■ The unit and head are mounted on a trolley to facilitate vertical movement. ■ Engraving of 4 lines is performed on a bar approximately 40mm in size. <Engraving on Turbine Blades> ■ The MULTI4 inline introduced here is specially designed for engraving aircraft turbines. ■ It is installed in an automatic device equipped with a forward input conveyor, light curtain, and rotary table for engraving on the back of the blades. ■ The base plate has various drop spaces depending on the model of the blade. ■ Technomark has developed software in addition to the engraving machine. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
