The "Rumalie XK15" is a UV irradiation device (UVGI) that uses a UV lamp to generate UV-C, also known as "germicidal rays." By using a special louver to emit ultraviolet rays only in the horizontal direction, it divides the indoor space into zones for human activity and ultraviolet exposure, enabling continuous 24-hour irradiation in spaces where people are present, which was not possible with conventional ultraviolet irradiation devices.
