We can also provide paid services for measurement requests! We will respond to your needs while accurately understanding the measurement indicators.
Our company is equipped with a "Melt Indexer" that can measure the "MFR (Melt Flow Rate)," an indicator of the flowability and melt viscosity of thermoplastic plastics. Since "MFR" significantly affects the workability and processability of resin molding, we accurately grasp this important measurement index for product development and quality control to meet our customers' needs. We can also respond to measurement requests from customers for a fee. 【Specifications】 ■ Temperature range: 100–350°C (Accuracy ±0.2°C) ■ Test loads: 0.325kg, 2.16kg, 5.00kg ■ Display input: LCD touch panel ■ Piston material: S50C ■ Others: Orifice cleaning rod ■ Sample amount: 3–8g (MFR 0.1–25) measured approximately 3 times *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Company information
Kiefer Corporation is engaged in a reuse business for logistics materials aimed at a decarbonized society. Logistics materials such as pallets are essential items for improving transportation efficiency in logistics. It is said that there are hundreds of millions of these logistics materials used annually. If these logistics materials are incinerated every time they are used, it results in an enormous amount of CO2 emissions each year. What we do is purchase used logistics materials that are no longer needed and sell them to customers who require them. By doing so, we promote the circulation of logistics materials and aim for a society where the necessary amount reaches customers who need it, rather than a society of excessive consumption.
