For removing burrs, rust, and oxides after various cutting processes!
The "Wheel-Type Brush" is a tool that removes burrs from machined products and rust, dirt, and foreign substances that occur on the product surface, using the impact force (hammer effect) generated at the moment countless bristle materials come into contact with the product. The bristle material is flexible and does not clog like grinding stones or belt sanding paper, allowing for stable processing over long periods. Additionally, by using a special flange or NTS-style tufting board, there is a cost advantage in being able to replace worn-out individual brushes. 【Features】 ■ Hammer effect ■ Excellent adaptability ■ Does not clog ■ Significant cost advantage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
