The "TS Series" is a dual-shaft shear-type crusher composed of two shafts (hexagonal shafts) arranged in parallel within a casing, along with mounted crushing blades, spacers, gears, bearings, a reduction gear, comb teeth, and an electric motor that drives the shafts. The two shafts rotate inward, compressing, tearing, and cutting the material with the closely arranged crushing blades before discharging it.
