The "TKC Series" is a multi-stage metal detector conveyor that detects and eliminates metal fragments from a large volume of raw materials being transported on a conveyor in various conditions, thereby enhancing productivity and improving the efficiency of recycling. Its detection capability is high-performance, similar to that of small detectors, accurately detecting even small metal fragments (both ferrous and non-ferrous). It is responsive to all metals, including iron fragments and non-ferrous materials such as stainless steel, making it suitable for contributing to many recycling operations, including waste wood, waste plastics, and cullet processing. 【Features】 ■ The subdivision of the discharge damper reduces the amount of good products going to defective products. ■ There is less variation in the detection area, and interference in the detection section is minimal. ■ The amount of discharge due to sorting is reduced. ■ By subdividing the valves of the sorting machine, further reduction in discharge volume is achieved. ■ By widening the conveyor, production capacity can be increased. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
