Integration into existing lines is possible! It can also remove rings that are difficult to remove manually.
The "PCT Series" is a PET bottle cap and ring separator that efficiently separates caps and rings from PET bottles. Previously, caps were removed one by one, but by adopting a dual-axis rotor system, it is now possible to remove caps and rings, which are difficult to remove manually, through conveyor-based quantitative supply. By combining our PET bottle label remover and flight screen, you can achieve pure PET bottles. 【Features】 ■ Efficiently separates caps and rings from PET bottles ■ Capable of removing rings that are difficult to remove manually ■ Improves the quality of PET bottles by removing caps and rings ■ Further enhances the quality of PET bottles when combined with a label remover ■ Can be integrated into existing lines *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
