Color development With unique technology from Higashi-Nihon Paint, it realizes unique colors that are difficult for other companies to achieve. The hiding power has also improved compared to conventional products. 4. Economic efficiency It can maintain the "clean" appearance of exterior walls for a long time, extending the repainting cycle and enabling cost reduction. 5. Algae and mold resistance Due to a special formulation, it strongly suppresses the growth of algae and mold even on walls that are prone to dampness, such as during the rainy season or on the north side where sunlight is scarce. 6. Low odor It does not contain harmful lead, is gentle on people and the environment, and has a low odor due to being a water-based paint, making it ideal for renovations in residential areas and apartment buildings. 7. High elasticity It possesses elastic performance that conforms to JIS A 6021 exterior wall paint waterproofing (acrylic rubber type). 8. Moisture permeability It blocks rainwater from the outside while allowing moisture from the building to be released outdoors, preventing condensation inside the building.
