When the rollers stop, there is a function that allows the rollers to separate by about 1-2mm. This helps prevent or reduce film melting when the machine stops with the film attached. (This is a feature specific to ACM03.) Additionally, it is possible to lift the film off the rollers while it is in place. (ACM01 and 02 do not have the separation function when the rollers stop, so the rollers remain firmly attached. Therefore, if you pull the film forcibly, it may tear and remain on the rollers, making this action impossible. When completing film production with ACM01 and 02, you should cut the perforation in front of the rollers and then use the start & stop button to feed and remove the film.)

When the production is complete and the film is used up, it will run idle, but approximately 10 seconds after it goes idle, the rollers will automatically stop. This helps reduce wear on each component, improving durability and energy efficiency.

The buzzer will notify you when the warm-up is complete, when the film production is finished, and during sleep mode. It will sound four beeps to alert you. Even if you are engaged in another task, this buzzer function allows for smooth responses, such as coming to press the button to prevent the system from going into sleep mode when the warm-up is complete or the film has been used up.
