The air cushion maker ACM01 is a machine that can create air cushioning material as needed. It is capable of producing pillow-type film. By setting a separately sold roll film and adjusting the airflow, you simply turn on the switch, making it a straightforward structure.
Using air cushioning material greatly improves the appearance. While materials like bubble wrap and newspaper are also widely used, air cushioning provides a neat and clean impression when opened.
It is securely welded and sealed, so the pressure resistance strength is also reliable.
The processing speed is fast, capable of producing about 28 pieces per minute (ACF80). The speed is 2.4/3m/min (50/60Hz).
The body size is very small, and it weighs about 1.9 kg. It can be easily carried by women as well.

Since it has a fan controller, it is possible to adjust the amount of air to be sealed. You can reduce the air volume to create air cushioning, which can also accommodate air freight that inflates due to air pressure.
The corresponding films are three types of pillow shape. They come in a roll height of 200mm and a length of 200M, with the perforation pitch of 80mm being ACF80, 100mm being ACF100, and 150mm being ACF150. Additionally, films with a 60mm pitch and a 200mm pitch are also planned to be added in the future (late 2021).
After use, it can be flattened by releasing the air, which has the advantage of generating less waste compared to materials like bubble wrap or newspaper.
