The effects of 3D visualization! Proposal for the introduction of CIM.
We propose the introduction of CIM (Construction Information Modeling). CIM utilizes 3D models from the survey, measurement, and design stages, and by linking these 3D models in subsequent construction and maintenance, it aims to improve the efficiency of the production system across the entire project. This system was initiated for consideration by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in the fiscal year 2012. It enables automation of quantity calculations, streamlining of management ledger creation, and optimization of construction plans.
