We will manufacture the coating agent under our private brand (PB). It is a water-repellent, anti-mold, anti-algae, and antibacterial coating agent for wood, gypsum board, gyptone, and plaster.
The Biostar series is a product exclusively for private brands (PB). *The Biostar series is not a trendy antiviral coating agent. It has been adopted by plaster manufacturers, wall material manufacturers, and cleaning and washing service providers, with over 10 years of delivery experience. As a PB product, the specifications and prices can be tailored to the customer's requirements. Biostar can be produced in both water-based and oil-based formulations. Products can be made with or without antibacterial agents. If you have your own antibacterial agent, please add it for use. Please conduct confirmation and official testing of the produced products on your side.

The Biostar series is a penetrating water-repellent agent. It reduces the water absorption rate of materials such as wood, gypsum board, gyptone, and plaster without altering their texture, preventing stains from penetrating. Additionally, by adding antibacterial agents to the water-repellent agent, it enhances mold and algae prevention, allowing for differentiation from competitors' products. *Please confirm the performance of the products created originally by you.

By applying a moisture-proof agent containing anti-mold agents, mold growth on gypsum boards is suppressed. Please use a roller or brush for application. It can also be used on already installed gypsum board (ceiling).

We applied Biostar to the left half of the zip tone and conducted a mold prevention test. There is no mold growing on the area where Biostar was applied.
