The floor, which serves as both an office and a warehouse, was constructed with "Seal Hard Premium." It is a two-story wooden building, and the work was done on the first floor.

In 2019, we applied 【Seal Hard Premium】 to a wooden building that serves as both an office and a warehouse. Upon entering, the concrete base is revealed, and we worked on the entrance and warehouse areas. The design features a double-height space that allows the office on the second floor to overlook the warehouse. I have previously attended sites where the wall finish was "wood" and the floor finish was "concrete," and this combination has a very good aesthetic compatibility, which I personally like. The warmth of the wood adds to the inorganic impression of the concrete. The client is a specialized trading company. They sought a durable floor for inventory management and a beautiful gloss to welcome customers. 【Seal Hard Premium】 is a special specification that has also been adopted in the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum. The application was divided into two rounds, with the second round involving polishing using diamond blades. The finish retains as much of the concrete's cement layer as possible. This combines the beauty of the finish with the wear resistance and dust-proof effects of Seal Hard. In smaller projects, mechanical finishing cannot be used for the floor, often resulting in a plaster finish. However, in this case, we were able to use mechanical finishing, resulting in a beautiful floor.

Seal Hard is a colorless, odorless, and environmentally friendly concrete surface hardener that is non-polluting. It is a colorless, transparent liquid primarily composed of sodium silicate. After application, it penetrates the surface of the concrete and undergoes a chemical reaction with the concrete components, producing a glass-like substance on the surface. This chemical reaction continues over time with regular water washing, providing moisture replenishment. Concrete strengthened by Seal Hard becomes more beautiful and glossy with use and regular water washing, enhancing its shine without becoming slippery. Seal Hard Premium is widely used in commercial facilities and public property floors. In addition to this, there are numerous achievements in public and private properties, including but not limited to retail spaces in supermarkets and boutiques. Application can be performed 14 days after concrete placement. Moreover, maintenance remains easy and consistent with standard specifications, and due to the polishing process, it results in a strong floor that is even more resistant to dirt.

"Edge finishing" We will adjust the quality of the edge finishing to match the floor's finish. The appearance varies depending on the size of the machine, so selecting the right gauge is also important at this stage.
