In the planning phase (Plan) of the PDCA, it is crucial to determine whether subordinates can set goals they feel confident about and how to set them. In the execution phase (Do), it is important to figure out how to grasp the progress of execution, how to receive reports and consultations, and when to provide support. In the checking phase (Check), it is essential to reflect on the process and how to give feedback to subordinates. In the action phase (Action), it becomes important to utilize the analysis results from Check and to present an overall picture of the actions to be taken.
