Our high-speed data collection system "DA5000" can be widely adopted in control systems primarily composed of PLCs, connecting to control networks (such as MELSECNET, FL-net, P-Link, etc.) and collecting data on the network at a maximum interval of 10 milliseconds. The hardware utilizes a general-purpose Windows-based PC, achieving a cost-effective system. Collected data can be viewed in real-time and historical displays as trend graphs, with the ability to zoom in and out on amplitude and time axes as needed. An FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis function is available as an option, allowing for frequency spectrum analysis. Additionally, this system can be built as a client-server system and supports remote maintenance.
