A one-component water-based special Huls UVA hybrid heat-insulating quick-drying paint that combines excellent rust prevention effects, weather resistance, and high gloss retention.
■Excellent Weather Resistance This is a HALS UVA hybrid high weather-resistant paint that has two functions: UV (UVA) absorption and radical control (HALS), despite being a one-component water-based primer-less product. This improves durability against UV rays, which are a cause of film degradation, and extends its lifespan. ■Rust Prevention Effect Contains components that enhance adhesion to metal (metal cross-linking). It strengthens rust prevention and adhesion to metal, leading to reduced construction time and labor. ■Quick Drying Can be overcoated in 40 minutes (at 23°C). It has excellent rain resistance and is ideal for environments with limited working hours, such as during winter. ■Heat Insulation Performance Contains special pigments that efficiently reflect infrared rays, which are a source of thermal energy. It exhibits excellent heat insulation performance and suppresses temperature rise. ■Compatible with Various Substrates Despite being primer-less, it adheres strongly to the pigments of old coatings regardless of compatibility, allowing for broad adhesion to metal substrates and old coatings.
