  DSBeam (Deep Sidelobe Beamforming Technology) By utilizing a large number of array microphones for precise and fast sound processing across different frequency bands, the BMA360 achieves undistorted directivity even at high frequencies. In traditional array microphones, beam directivity tends to become distorted at higher frequencies such as 1.0kHz and 2.5kHz. Since high frequencies are more noticeable to the ear, this distortion in directivity not only leads to unwanted noise and echoes but also affects the frequency characteristics due to interference between array microphones. ClearOne's DSBeam technology has achieved perfect beam directivity without distortion from 1.0kHz to 4.0kHz, as illustrated. The separation between the beam and the surrounding area is extremely good, at -40dB, resulting in highly effective sidelobes. This allows for the reproduction of the speaker's natural voice with minimal interference, which is essential for meetings.

  FiBeam (Frequency Invariant Beamforming Technology) By controlling the directionality of a large number of microphone arrays and reducing phase interference between microphones, ClearOne's unique technology called FiBeam, which utilizes advanced and responsive audio DSP processing for all beams, has achieved a nearly flat frequency response across all bands, as seen in the table below. This is the secret to the natural and immersive sound that feels as if it is being captured by a nearby microphone.
