"Flood Guard F" is a simple type of water stop board that has been certified after passing the evaluation of disaster prevention necessity, safety, and functionality at the 23rd Disaster Prevention Product Recommendation Review Meeting held by the General Incorporated Association for Disaster Prevention and Safety. We conducted a leakage test using this product and the "Flood Guard Asia Specification." We filled fresh water to a height of 51 cm, adjusted it to maintain that level, and confirmed the stability of the water level visually for more than one minute. After that, we collected the leakage from the collection point for one minute after the leakage amount stabilized, performing this collection three times. We calculated the average leakage amount from the mass of the collected leakage and converted it to an hourly rate, which was recorded as the leakage amount.
