"Compatible with various types of work using the alignment unit!" ■ What is the alignment unit? It is a mechanism that arranges multiple quick clampers both vertically and horizontally, allowing the shaft to be fixed according to the contours of the workpiece, enabling the support, gripping, and transport of various types of work without the need to change chucks or jigs. The alignment unit of this demo machine is manual, allowing you to flexibly test the contact points and suction levels of the elements on your workpieces. With a balancer attached, you can lift the workpiece with minimal effort. It is possible to identify challenges for implementation. You can experience the demo machine at our Keihin Sales Office (Tamagawa, Ota Ward, Tokyo).
