This system contributes to improved efficiency and service through "higher hygiene management," "standardization of cooking processes," "reduction of the number of people before serving," and "timely and appropriate temperature," moving away from the traditional cook-serve method. Currently, in preparation for the declining birthrate and aging population, as well as the decrease in the labor force, there is an expectation for further efficiency and service improvement by combining with cooked chilled foods.
