Software for 3D/sectional display of SEM images that strongly supports fault analysis.
"SEM3D" is a software that allows for the construction of three-dimensional 3D images from multiple SEM images, arbitrary cross-section extraction, and the display of 3D objects of internal structures. The data constructed in 3D using this software can only be viewed with dedicated software, allowing for the secure transfer of data to analysis requesters. Additionally, data aligned using other companies' tools can also be constructed in 3D using the packing software. 【Features】 ■ Strong support for failure analysis ■ Construction of three-dimensional 3D images from multiple SEM images ■ Ability to extract arbitrary cross-sections and display 3D objects of internal structures ■ Secure transfer of data to analysis requesters ■ 3D construction possible with data aligned using other companies' tools in the packing software *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
