Our company is a pioneer manufacturer that has been developing, manufacturing, and selling HACCP-compliant reheat carts, as well as warming and cooling carts, based on the strengths and know-how of in-flight meal carts developed in collaboration with Japan Airlines from 1986 to 1990. Since 1998, we have applied this technology to create a new cook-chill system that enhances efficiency in cooking environments for hospitals, welfare facilities, corporate cafeterias, and schools. Meals prepared in the kitchen are plated at the appropriate temperature into hotel pans and tableware, then stored in the cart. The preheated or pre-cooled cart transports the meals to distant locations at the appropriate temperature. If the power is connected until the time of service, it can function as a warming or cooling cabinet.
