This high voltage test box is designed for safely conducting high voltage experiments on various semiconductor devices, including IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, and transistors. This product was born from Professor Omura's passionate desire at Kyushu Institute of Technology to create a testing environment that prioritizes student safety in power device evaluation experiments. 【Features】 1. Complete door locking function: During high voltage tests of 100V or more, the door automatically locks, eliminating the risk of accidental opening. 2. Complete residual voltage discharge function: After testing, the residual voltage of the capacitors is fully discharged before the door is opened, ensuring safety. 3. Metal-insulated rack housing: A metal-insulated housing is adopted to provide high safety and minimize external influences. 4.
