The "Non-Tacky Silicone Trim" has high heat resistance, high chemical resistance, and a long lifespan, while also being easy to handle. It is a product that has been modified from conventional "silicone trim" through a fluorine gas surface treatment method, improving tackiness and sliding properties. The surface of the silicone rubber is chemically modified by contacting it with fluorine gas (vapor phase treatment). Unlike surface-layer coatings such as DLC (hard carbon film) or PTFE (fluororesin) coatings, this chemical modification offers superior uniformity, durability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness compared to coated products. Additionally, it enhances anti-sticking performance and sliding properties, while also improving the adhesive characteristics inherent to silicone rubber, reducing the adhesion of dust and dirt. Furthermore, even after fluorine gas treatment, it is possible to maintain chemical resistance and flexibility equivalent to that of conventional silicone trim. The "silicone trim" has a core structure, allowing for easy installation without the use of adhesives. Therefore, it can also be easily removed, providing excellent maintenance properties. The internal core is made of "stainless steel (SUS443) perforated metal," which excels in rust resistance, flexibility, and safety, making it suitable for various usage environments.
