Versatile water-based sealer 'Mighty Universal Water Sealer' with a wide range of substrate compatibility.
From now on, for all materials, just this one "Mighty Universal Water-Based Sealer"! Since it's water-based, it has little odor!
Even in the case of single-family homes, there are various materials depending on the part, such as roofs (new tiles), eaves (metal, fiber cement, wood), soffits (fiber cement), exterior walls (mortar, fiber cement), gutters (rigid PVC), and snow guards (stainless steel). Traditionally, it was necessary to use dedicated sealers for each material, but there was a demand for a single sealer that could handle all of them, which led to the development of the "Mighty Universal Epoxy Sealer" (solvent-based). Additionally, due to requests for reduced odor, we developed the "Mighty Universal Water-Based Sealer" as a high-performance water-based sealer. *For more details, please download the catalog PDF or feel free to contact us.
