"Hanenite" is a vibration-damping rubber that excels in shock and vibration absorption, absorbing energy with minimal rebound even when subjected to external forces. As a surface adhesion countermeasure and wear resistance improvement product for Hanenite, we have prepared sheets with a Teflon film vulcanized and bonded to the surface. Due to the vulcanization bonding, the adhesion strength between Hanenite and the Teflon film is approximately three times that of conventional double-sided tape or adhesives. ● It demonstrates excellent vibration-damping performance in the normal temperature range (5 to 35°C)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional characteristics! GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among Hane Night and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Exhibits vibration-damping function over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Can be molded like general rubber. Strong adhesion with metals is possible (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon bonding (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets! Vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3 and independent bubbles. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
