Achieve improved operational monitoring efficiency by converting, distributing, and logging CAN data over wireless LAN.
This is a CAN/Wi-Fi bridge designed to transfer CAN communication, primarily used in automotive applications but also utilized in industrial equipment, to a computer or tablet in real-time via wireless LAN. By enabling remote monitoring of operating vehicles and various settings, it significantly improves the efficiency of on-site maintenance work. Additionally, it can store the operating status of the vehicle in its built-in storage, allowing for quick cause analysis and early recovery in the event of an anomaly. This product has greatly enhanced processing capability and usability compared to previous models by refreshing the built-in CPU and various driver software.

basic information
- IP conversion for CAN communication (Converter Server Mode) By converting the vehicle's CAN communication bidirectionally to a wireless LAN compatible with IEEE 802.11b/g/n, it enables operational diagnostics using mobile devices such as PCs, tablets, and smartphones. Compared to communication using mobile modems mounted on vehicles and industrial equipment, it allows for remote and real-time monitoring of operational data, making it easier to identify abnormal behavior on-site. - Logging of CAN communication information CAN data can be logged in binary or text format to built-in eMMC storage or external USB-compatible memory. When the storage capacity is exhausted, automatic deletion of older logs allows for continuous logging, which is effective for discovering anomalies that are difficult to reproduce on-site and for analyzing the operations of work operators. - Wireless LAN bridge for wired CAN communication (e-Cable Mode) By using two CBR-100AC units, it is possible to convert wired CAN communication to wireless. This allows for the flexible placement of various measuring instruments and industrial equipment that previously required a wired CAN cable connection.
