Non-combustible binding tie "D1570" [For welding work in plants and cable binding]
Flame-resistant, heat-resistant, chemical-resistant, slip-resistant, and highly flexible value-added non-combustible binding cord! For welding work and bundling cables within the plant!
The non-combustible binding cord "D1570" not only enhances tensile strength and elongation rate due to its braided structure but also excels in flexibility. It is based on special inorganic heat-resistant non-combustible glass fibers, and through the composite technology of PTFE (fluororesin), it has been endowed with high added value in flame resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, slip resistance, and flexibility. The fibers, which are made from a material that meets JIS A 1323 C type standards (YF152Z) with an increased fiber diameter size, have been finished in a braided structure. 【Features】 ■ Based on special inorganic heat-resistant non-combustible glass fibers ■ High added value in flame resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, slip resistance, and flexibility ■ Braided structure made from fibers with increased diameter size that meet JIS A 1323 C type standards ■ Antistatic function included with surface resistance value: 10^9Ω ■ Not only enhances tensile strength and elongation rate but also excels in flexibility *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.
