Our AP-60DB cassette-type PP RST molding line accurately processes holes in coils of high-tensile material (100kg/mm²) for automotive seat rails and shapes them using a 30-stage BURS-type molding machine. Simultaneously with double-cutting, we create five round holes, perform straightening on both end faces, and carry out deburring (on both end faces) at a speed of 30 pieces per minute in the final online process, making it a high-value-added molding line. We create approximately 60 holes in the cross-section of a seat rail with a product length of about 350mm, shaping the hard high-tensile material with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.2mm. 【Features】 - Hole pitch accuracy is strict at ±0.2mm and ±0.3mm. - Since internal stress is released during cutting, causing deformation, a hydraulic straightening device is added at the cutting machine section. - In the final process, the product's end faces are pressed against a cylindrical wire brush for deburring. - The seat rail product is deburred cleanly while changing its posture, ensuring it is safe to touch by hand. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
