This is a custom keyboard made by creating a mold from the frame to the key tops, tailored to meet specific needs. There is an initial cost for making the mold, but for mass-produced items, the unit price becomes more economical. Additionally, standard key tops from our company can also be used. One example of a custom keyboard is the POS keyboard. It is developed for cash registers and offers a responsive key touch even during busy times. By using click rubber, it is also possible to enhance dust resistance. You can choose key tops from cap type or printed type.

  <Case Study> Operation Panel for Machine Tools We received a request from a machine tool manufacturer to produce an operation panel. It is a fully custom keyboard with excellent oil and water resistance. Since it may be used in an environment filled with mist from cutting oil, we selected a structure that prevents internal intrusion and used oil-resistant molded resin for its production. Machine tools have a longer maintenance period compared to consumer products, but we take pride in our ability to respond to such needs due to our in-house production capabilities.
