The "Fusion" total organic carbon analyzer, based on the wet oxidation/NDIR measurement principle, can be widely used from routine management of purified water and injectable water to cleaning validation. ■Layout The integration of the main unit and the auto-sampler allows for space-saving, and the visualization of the measurement section enables early detection of issues, as well as improved maintenance. ■High Measurement Sensitivity Equipped with a highly sensitive NDIR, combined with the static pressure concentration measurement technology (patent pending), it allows measurements from 0.5 ppb to 4,000 ppm. ■Static Pressure Concentration Measurement Technology (Patent Granted) The outlet valve of the NDIR closes to pressurize the chamber, measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide once the gas in the NDIR reaches equilibrium. This allows for stable and high-precision measurements compared to the continuous measurement of carbon dioxide concentration in the carrier gas passing through the conventional NDIR. ■Mass Flow Controller Rapid cleaning of the measurement system and valve leak check function. ■Automatic Calibration Curve Creation and Automatic Calibration Function From a single concentration reference solution, multiple known concentrations can be set, allowing for automatic creation of calibration curves and calibration for each concentration. ■TOC Analyzer Control and Analysis Software The analysis device comes with dedicated software for the TekLink TOC analyzer. This software is compatible with a Windows-based GUI.
