Our product "KEW-A009-2A" has been introduced at the tea café Prakrti, which opened in the fall of 2019 in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. It is used for hygiene management in the kitchen and throughout the café. The electrolysis water generation device "KEW-A009" uses a two-membrane, three-chamber electrolysis cell to produce acidic electrolyzed water (hypochlorous acid water) on the anode side and alkaline electrolyzed water (sodium hydroxide solution) on the cathode side from water and refined salt. These two types of electrolyzed water each have their own characteristics and can be used conveniently and easily.
