The "KSS System" can thermally decompose and refine waste tires, converting approximately 40% of the input weight of waste tires into recycled oil, recovering about 40% as carbonaceous material, about 10% as scrap metal, and leaving about 5% as residual sulfuric pitch generated during the refining process. The produced carbonaceous material can be utilized as a valuable resource with adsorption capabilities and adjustment functions. **New Utilization of Waste Tires** We employ a pyrolysis carbonization treatment method under a reducing atmosphere with air shut off. The heat source is an electric heating method at atmospheric pressure, allowing for continuous operation for 24 hours. The processing capacity of the raw materials is 20 tons per day, and 8 tons of regenerated oil can be extracted and refined. Additionally, when using 100 tons of waste tire chips as fuel for thermal recycling, approximately 255 tons of CO2 are emitted. When processing 100 tons of waste tire chips, 40 tons of carbonized material and 40 tons of regenerated oil are recovered; however, the total CO2 emissions from these are 203 tons, contributing to a reduction of about 20% in CO2 emissions. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
