The main features include "excellent fire prevention," "high reliability," "compact and lightweight design," and "earthquake resistance." (1) Excellent fire prevention: They use insulation materials with excellent self-extinguishing properties, which contribute to fire prevention due to their flame-retardant nature and simplify fire extinguishing equipment. (2) High reliability: The winding parts are molded with vacuum-cast epoxy resin, providing excellent mechanical strength against partial discharge characteristics, moisture resistance, dust resistance, and short-circuit strength. (3) Compact and lightweight design: By adopting circular or oval coils, we provide equipment that is optimal for installation conditions. (4) Earthquake resistance: High-voltage molded transformers are designed to standardly withstand seismic intensity up to 2.0. Additionally, to suppress relative displacement with panels and other equipment, they are equipped with fixed seats for relative displacement suppression as standard. (5) Heat resistance class: High-voltage molded transformers are of class F (95K), while extra-high-voltage molded transformers are of class F (95K) or class H (120K).
