"Yaketori-ya" is a chemical agent used to remove welding discoloration from stainless steel and iron, as well as discoloration from laser processing. It comes in two types: "Type A," which is a non-viscous, shabu-shabu-like solution suitable for immersion and flat surfaces, and "Type B," which is a gel-like substance suitable for vertical surfaces.
