In China, the high-efficiency regulation GB18613 for low-voltage motors will be revised!
China's high-efficiency motor regulation GB18613-2020 was promulgated on May 29, 2020, as a replacement for GB18613-2012. The revised standard applies to three-phase motors with a constant speed, 50Hz, below 1000V, closed self-cooling, IEC design N, continuous rated S1 and S3 above 80%, as well as general-purpose or explosion-proof motors and single-phase motors below 690V, 50Hz, 0.01-0.37kW. Additionally, it is required to register the motor's type and performance, and to affix the China Energy Label (CEL) to the motor itself.
