Rich variation in filtration accuracy, capable of handling a wide range of liquids.
The "ROT filter" is one of the representative filtration filters of Ameloid that employs a deep filtration method with filter elements. The filtration accuracy can be widely selected from absolute 5 to 75μ, and it is compatible with oils and aqueous solutions of low to high viscosity. It is equipped with a pressure sensor that has a function to notify the timing for element replacement, supporting the management of liquid cleanliness. Additionally, by circulating and filtering the liquid in the tank offline, it reduces the frequency of clogging in the line filter. By removing contaminants from the oil and maintaining high cleanliness, it helps reduce the failure rate of equipment such as rolling machines and vacuum pumps, lower maintenance costs, decrease the frequency of oil replacement, and reduce waste oil. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Ameloid is a specialized manufacturer of liquid purification equipment, founded in 1959. To meet a wide range of liquid processing needs, we have continuously developed and improved liquid purification technologies, refining various methods such as deep filtration, centrifugal separation, air drying, and vacuum distillation. We offer over 60 top-quality products specifically designed for liquid purification, including filters, centrifuges, oil-water separators, wastewater treatment systems, and chip dewatering systems, and we propose the optimal processing system according to the properties of the target liquid and the customer's applications. Additionally, we provide a variety of support plans, including trial plans, rental plans, and maintenance plans, to address concerns before implementation and support operations after installation. Under the slogan "Thinking of a Better Way," we continue to challenge ourselves as a group that constantly seeks "the best for our customers" without being satisfied with the status quo as a manufacturer of liquid purification equipment.
