Say goodbye to reception duties with DX at the front desk. A reception system equipped with all the convenient features, including calendar and chat integration, and QR codes.
Workhub Reception is a system that streamlines visitor guidance by issuing QR codes for check-in and unlocking. When registering a guest's schedule, a QR code for use upon arrival is sent via email along with an overview of the meeting details such as date, time, and location. Guests can check in using the QR code, pass through the security gate, and head to the meeting room. Notifications of visitor arrivals are sent to the responsible person through a chat tool, allowing them to proceed to the meeting room only after receiving the notification. There is no need to unnecessarily interrupt work. There is no need for phone calls, reception forms, intermediaries, or greetings. This enables efficient operations for both guests and employees.
