With the use of application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it is now possible to inspect final processed shape components that were previously abandoned for flaw detection!
The STATOGRAPH CM+/CM is a higher model than the STATOGRAPH ECM, with the CM+ being an integrated monitor type. It allows inspections to be conducted by selecting arbitrary frequencies from multiple testing frequencies, and in addition to conventional functions such as clearance correction, it is equipped as standard with an analog filter and a switchable, steeper digital filter. By adding application software and hardware such as STATOVISION, it has become possible to inspect parts with final processing shapes that were previously abandoned for testing. Furthermore, not only can it perform simple flaw inspections, but it can also display the obtained flaw signals in a two-dimensional mapping format, enabling the visual assessment of the material surface condition. This allows quality managers and operators to identify hard-to-detect defects and conduct studies such as adjusting and examining parameters for different varieties and materials. Additionally, by connecting to a Wi-Fi router, parameter manipulation and signal monitoring can now be performed from web browsers on tablets and smartphones.

basic information
STATOGRAPH Series The STATOGRAPH Series is used for surface crack inspection using eddy current scanning probes. The equipment can be used in both fixed and mobile configurations. The fixed scanning coil scans the surface or specific areas of rotating inspection parts. In the continuous operation of the eddy current flaw detection probe, only a very small area is inspected at a moment. Compared to the narrow surface areas scanned by the probe, fine material defects generate significant disturbances. Therefore, the probe demonstrates maximum resolution even for fine material defects. The probe of the rotational sensor system moves and scans in a circular path close to the surface of the inspected material at high rotational speeds. It is a device specialized for STATOGRAPH crack detection, and standard products are available with probes tailored to the shape of the inspected material, the conditions of the defects to be detected, and the required flaw detection processing capabilities.
