This is a conveyor that aligns the center position of workpieces, such as rice bags, for pickup by a transport robot arm. Since this machine operates independently, it can be added to the middle of a line. The input guide at the work entrance and the air-driven alignment guides on both sides correct the posture of the workpieces. When handling workpieces of different sizes, it is equipped with a selective system using cylinder sensors. The transport speed can be set arbitrarily. The work detection sensor and transport timer automatically align the workpieces at the optimal timing.
