"Hanenite" is a vibration-damping rubber that excels in shock and vibration absorption, absorbing energy with almost no rebound when subjected to external forces. At [Kokaji Giken], which manufactures and sells electronic balances and weights, they were looking for components effective in vibration isolation. They use balls made of Hanenite (special vibration-damping balls) in their products. Hanenite can be processed into various shapes, in addition to the balls shown in the examples. ● It exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance in the normal temperature range (5 to 35°C)! The rebound elasticity is below 10%. ● A lineup with additional characteristics! GP-LE: Has the best vibration-damping performance among Hanenite and can also produce colored rubber. CP-S: Usable down to -20°C. MP: Demonstrates vibration-damping functionality over a wide temperature range (-9 to 43°C). ● Excellent processability allows for free shapes! Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Strong adhesion to metals is achievable (except for CP). Cutting and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable. Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible. ● Lightweight sponge sheets that support weight reduction! Independent bubble vibration-damping sponge with a specific gravity of 0.3. ● Commitment to environmental measures Compliance with environmental-related substances (RoHS2 directive).
