The system converts sound and vibration data recorded by a tapping device into a single color image classified by frequency, time, and intensity using a proprietary auto-wavelet. By applying deep learning to this, it enables automatic judgment of sound and vibration AI. In the system, by initially training it with healthy and multiple unhealthy data, it can automatically classify as healthy, unhealthy 1, unhealthy 2, and make OK/NG judgments.
