We are performing press cutting processing on a thick plate of S45C with a thickness of 10.0 mm in one step. The processing is automated using a zigzag feeder.
We specialize in press cutting processing of special steels such as S45C and SCM435. We have experience with plate thicknesses starting from 0.8 mm, but we excel in thicker plates of 6 mm and above, with capabilities up to 10 mm using a leveler feed. We have also achieved results with thicknesses up to 12 mm. We perform automatic processing in one step using a zigzag feeder. Since we conduct compound processing, we achieve excellent flatness even without a flat pressing process. We can also issue mill sheets and procure materials. We can change the layout on the leveler feed side, allowing us to adjust production quantities without changing the molds to match material supply.
