There was a request to attach a packing for water sealing on the rubber molded products, and we proposed the use of a highly waterproof tape called Eptsealer.
After prototyping a ring shape with a slit in one place, there were concerns about water leakage from the slit area, so we consulted about manufacturing the shape again. We proposed a new shape by adding a slit to the inner diameter of the ring to eliminate the joint, making it possible to adhere to rubber products as well. We received appreciation for our precise solutions to the concerns and the high level of our processing technology, leading to the adoption of our processed products.

Made primarily from PDM rubber, it has heat resistance and chemical resistance (to acids and alkalis), boasting excellent performance among general-purpose rubbers. Thanks to advanced foaming technology, it is a low-density and flexible foam material. The cell structure comes in two types: independent bubble type and semi-independent semi-continuous bubble type, allowing it to meet various demands through different foaming techniques. It performs well in areas exposed to intense impacts and vibrations, such as door mirrors, tail lamps, air conditioners, and door speakers.
