The "Roller Activator E" has been developed as a cleaner to more effectively remove adhered hydrophilic substances. In small offset printing machines that frequently use pink master paper, hydrophilic substances accumulate on the ink rollers, leading to frequent occurrences of poor ink transfer. This is due to the etching process, which promotes the accumulation of high-concentration hydrophilic substances, creating conditions that are prone to glaze formation. Regular ink roller cleaning only cleans the ink, leaving the hydrophilic substances behind.
