"Glaze Buster UV Plus" has been developed as a remover containing fine abrasives to more effectively remove adhered hydrophilic substances. In offset printing, hydrophilic substances accumulate on the ink rollers, leading to frequent occurrences of poor ink transfer. This is a result of the accumulation and adhesion of hydrophilic substances such as dampening water components and paper dust, which causes glaze formation. In general UV ink roller cleaning, only the UV ink is cleaned, leaving the hydrophilic substances behind.
