Lightweight rust-free plastic hose clamp
The EJ hose band is an all-plastic hose band designed to secure tubes and fittings. It is installed around the outer circumference of the tube inserted into the fitting, and by crimping both ends of the hose band with pliers or similar tools, it tightly and evenly compresses the tube. This prevents twisting of the tube, which can cause leaks, and allows for a uniform, gap-free tightening. It is available in a range of sizes from a minimum of 5.6mm to a maximum of 45mm, with a total of 16 sizes in the lineup. Company information
Our company was founded in 1971 and has been introducing unique and excellent products from overseas to our customers in Japan. We handle over 10,000 items, including fittings, couplings, various valves, and check valves. Among these, we take pride in being a pioneer in the market for small plastic piping components manufactured by the American company CPC, including CPC couplings, which we have been proposing since 30 years ago when brass and stainless steel were the norm. These products are widely used in small devices across various fields such as general industry, healthcare, food and beverage, printing, and experimentation, thanks to their features of being "compact," "lightweight," and "offering a wide variety." Additionally, in the field of industrial air equipment, we have been supplying products focused on "cooling," "blowing," and "air transport" using compressed air, including the "Cryogenic Air Generator Kolder," to manufacturing sites in various sectors for many years. In recent years, we have also been focusing on the development of new products in different fields, including springs made of PEEK resin. In April 2018, as a new initiative to improve customer satisfaction in industrial piping components, we opened a satellite showroom in Odaiba displaying approximately 2,500 items.
