The "Impact Esper SG" is a non-destructive testing product that conducts an investigation of grout filling and unfilled areas within the lateral confinement sheath of existing PC bridges using the impact elastic wave method, in order to prevent accidents such as the protrusion of PC steel bars. This product allows for filling degree inspection using the impact elastic wave method with applicable sheath lengths of 5.1m to 16.7m. ● Inspections can be conducted from the concrete surface of the fixing part, making it efficient without the need for chiseling or repairs. ● The grouting status can be assessed for each individual sheath, enabling absolute evaluation of each sheath. ● It can also be applied for confirming filling degree after re-injection repairs on unfilled sheaths.
