Mineral oil oil-water separator for cationic, alkaline, metal degreasing and barrel polishing.
Significant effect on metal painting pretreatment! The water treatment device 'B-COS Mini' strongly supports the degreasing process, which is essential for high-quality painted products.
The "B-COS Mini" is an air-driven oil-water separator that does not require a pump. Metal products that have just been processed are coated with rust-preventive oil, cutting oil, dust, and metal shavings. The degreasing process to remove these contaminants and prepare the surface for treatment or painting is a pre-treatment that directly affects the quality of paint adhesion and rust prevention. This product efficiently collects oil and metal shavings in the degreasing cleaning tank through the action of the oil separation promoter "WS," maintaining the precision of the degreasing process and significantly contributing to the creation of high-quality painted products and an odor-free environment. 【Features】 ■ Collects floating oil without a pump ■ Automatically collects floating oil to prevent deterioration of the filtered liquid ■ Stable operation with air drive ■ Great effect in a small space *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
